Getting Around
LRT (train)
KLCC LRT (train) station is located just across the road from our building at Wisma UOA II, via the KL Convention Centre/Aquaria KLCC exit.
Taxi
Taxis can also be booked by phone or smartphone app (such as MyTeksi), while you will usually be able to call one from a hotel lobby or concierge. Smartphone apps like Uber may also be used within Kuala Lumpur Blue taxis are known as Executive Cars and will cost more, while any other taxi starts its meter at RM3. When getting in a taxi make sure that you insist the taxi driver uses the metre (unless traveling to and from the airport), as drivers may try to overcharge you by haggling for an inflated price.
Getting to and from other cities
Should you wish to travel to other major cities, internal flight tickets within Malaysia can be purchased at a very reasonable price. AirAsia, Malindo Air, Malaysia Airlines and MASwings are amongst the air carriers that service domestic destinations.
Airport Transfer
Both the KLIA and KLIA2 (budget) airport terminals are within easy access of Wisma UOA II, our office building. Simply take an LRT train to KL Sentral (15 minute journey), and from KL Sentral take the KLIA Express train to both KLIA and KLIA2 airport terminals (30 minutes).
Alternatively if you are travelling in groups of 2 or more, it may be worthwhile to book a taxi to the airport, through your hotel.
Our practice is in the urban suburb of Bangsar, within the vicinity of Bangsar Shopping Centre, Bangsar Village, Gardens, Midvalley and Telawi area.
